Another Plot of the Story

The year 2020 finally reached its end. I know we suffered a lot in that year. Most of us considered it as a worst year because of many problems that came up like the coronavirus and the eruption of the Taal Volcano. I faced many problems and challenges but I still manage to develop myself by learning something from these problems and challenges. I will leave all the realization, worries and breakdowns in 2020. Another year, another time for me to discover and develop myself!

Few days ago, the year 2021 has started. Many people made their New Year’s resolutions. They promise to theirselves to be better this year and so do I. Nothing much happened in my life after 2021 started. I have a new blank book to write on. I want to start the chapters with positivity and optimistic mindset. The topic of this new book of mine is all about me improving and changing myself, helping other people in my own possible ways and slowly achieving my goals for this year.

Last year, I have many uncertainties, impulsive decisions and bad habits like “Mañana Habit” and pressuring myself too much. I want to change and I will do my best to do it for a better life. This year, I will do my best to be more productive. So I’m starting it now. I’m trying to improve my skills in playing instruments, enhance my knowledge by reading new books and finding new hobbies that I’m interested like cooking.

Life is really hard but with my family, friends, peers and especially God I’m sure I can do better this year. They are always there to guide me in the right path. I can conquer all of the challenges and problems this year with them. I hope and pray that this year 2021 will be my lucky year. I’m not just hoping and praying, I will make it as my lucky year by improving myself and by keeping the positive mindset in me. I will try my greatest to do my New Year’s resolution. As another year starts, another chances and opportunities to us, another book opens and another plot of my story will be written.
